Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant sales experience and a track record of exceeding quota, with SDR / AE management experience being a strong plus. They should possess experience selling to SMB/Mid Market companies, and experience working as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive at a fast-paced SaaS company. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions are also required, alongside strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills, and a keen attention to detail. Leadership and team-building skills are also necessary.
The Account Executive, Commercial will run discovery calls, align key stakeholders and close deals, source pipeline to help them hit revenue goals, land and expand deals by building process and funnel for manual top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion, evangelize the product and help close deals within the Commercial segment, work collaboratively across teams including Engineering, Product, and Marketing, establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet their sales objectives, and provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
