Responsibilities

  • Run discovery calls to understand customer needs.
  • Align key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Close deals and contribute to sales strategy refinement.
  • Source pipeline to meet revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement a manual top-down outreach process for onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Evangelize the product and close deals within the Commercial segment.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Establish inbound lead requirements to support sales objectives.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling to SMB/Mid Market companies.
  • Experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive at a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data to drive decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience as an early Account Executive at another startup.
  • Sold to sales leaders in the past.
