Responsibilities

  • Hungry for success: Be passionate, driven, willing to take risks, be creative, and always resilient.
  • Seasoned sales professional: Sell to Mid Market or Enterprise sized customers, ideally with a software-led product, and demonstrate strong success as a net new logo hunter.
  • Ownership and execution: Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish, navigating complex commercial deals by building strong relationships and negotiating to a close.
  • Strong Communicator: Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively articulating and leveraging the Hofy value proposition to win customer trust and close deals.
  • Owner mindset: Be passionate about Hofy’s product and mission, and positively display this in every interaction within the sales cycle and beyond.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in a SaaS company or Start-up.
  • Proven Success: Been an integral part of at least one significant business success story and know what it takes to deliver outlier results.
  • Closing Skills: Strong background in closing B2B software-led product sales, demonstrating expertise as an individual contributor with an excellent track record.
  • Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Pipeline Building: Willingness and ability to build strong pipelines, fluidly partnering with a BDR.
  • Forecasting: Ability to accurately forecast sales results and identify gaps.
