Candidates should have 3+ years of sales quota carrying experience - ideally in SaaS company or Start-up, a strong background in getting B2B software-led product sales across the line, and full proficiency in Spanish and English.
The Account Executive, Deel IT will take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish, navigating complex commercial deals by building strong relationships and negotiating to a close, be a seasoned sales professional with experience selling to Mid Market or Enterprise sized customers, ideally a software-led product, and having strong success as a net new logo hunter, possess an owner mindset, be a strong communicator with great presentation skills, and be passionate about Hofy’s product and mission and positively display this at every interaction within the sales cycle and beyond. They will also be responsible for building out strong pipelines, whilst fluidly partnering with a BDR, and have been an integral part of at least one great business success story, and know what it takes to deliver outlier results.
