About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in TwelveLabs' go-to-market strategy and revenue growth within the AdTech & SaaS verticals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales culture and influence the adoption of foundation models in leading AdTech and SaaS organizations. You will work with companies across creative platforms, DSPs, SSPs, measurement providers, and publishers to drive innovation in the video advertising industry. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from building initial relationships and understanding customer needs to ensuring their success with TwelveLabs. This role is ideal for candidates excited about creating a market category and thriving in ambiguous environments, preferably with experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies in early-stage software startups.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle to win new business and drive revenue, including initiating customer relationships, understanding business needs, educating on video foundation models, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer success.
  • Develop and validate strategies for bringing cutting-edge multimodal video models to market.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team, sharing customer feedback and insights to inform the product roadmap.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, providing regular progress reports to company leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a focus on AdTech, MarTech, and SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and grow a sales pipeline and drive complex deals to completion.
  • Deep curiosity, creative problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, learning and iterating quickly.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
