Client Relationship Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote (Hybrid - requires in-office presence at 15955 La Cantera Pkwy San Antonio, TX 78256 at least 2 days per week. Mondays and Fridays are work from home.) Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (The ultimate compensation offered will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.)

Position Overview

The Client Relationship Coordinator collaborates with clients to interpret requirements, understand printing specifications and pricing needs, and build strong relationships. This role involves analyzing discrepancies, recommending solutions, and ensuring data integrity. The coordinator will also perform testing and peer reviews for programming changes and assist in implementing company strategies and solutions, providing feedback on obstacles.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Client Request Analysis (40%):
  • Analyze requests and determine the best course of action for implementing additions, changes, or inquiries related to pricing, product setup, and ordering applications.
  • Maintain and adhere to documented processes to ensure audit controls are followed.
• Client Communication & Issue Resolution (20%):
  • Communicate directly with key client decision-makers and internal decision-makers.
  • Research client-initiated issues to determine root causes and provide recommendations.
  • Provide specific client setup information, including printing specifications and/or pricing concessions.
• Liaison & Data Entry (15%):
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external clients to expedite the coordination of information, including custom products, pricing concessions, and interpretation of internal reports.
  • Enter additions and changes into complex mainframe environments.
  • Interpret and implement requests based on client documentation.
  • Test set-up to ensure accuracy.
• Project Participation (15%):
  • Participate on New Logo teams, including system migrations, mergers, and/or acquisitions.
• Process Improvement Support (10%):
  • Support process improvement teams as assigned.
  • Consult with IT personnel to evaluate and implement process improvement projects to reduce waste, coordinate information status, and testing, including approving/disapproving changes.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience (Required)
  • Cross-functional knowledge across platforms (Preferred), including but not limited to process knowledge of Client Specifications, Retail, and Contract work.
  • Relevant Experience (Preferred).

  • Ability to see the big picture and think strategically, tactically, and innovatively about finding opportunities for improvement and the impact of change to the organization.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Proven critical thinking skills and demonstrated problem-solving ability.

• Will have contacts with employees at all levels within Vericast and Client decision-makers.
• Must be capable of communicating effectively.
• Experience must show effective communication skills used to influence others and positively affect results.
