Candidates should have 2+ years of experience closing SaaS deals with consistent quota attainment (6+ quarters of success), experience selling to financial-services clients, and command of challenger-style, value-led selling techniques like MEDDPICC. They must also possess the ability to quickly learn complex AI concepts and translate them into business outcomes, along with a startup mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
The Mid-Market Account Executive will own a new-logo quota across a defined territory, lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for target accounts, navigate complex organizational structures to build champions and secure C-Suite sponsorship, lead tight proofs of value tied to clear success criteria and ROI, partner with Solutions & Post-Sales to ensure pilots expand to multi-year ELAs, and feed product and GTM teams with crisp customer insights and win/loss data.
