Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably in financial services. Experience in outbound selling motions is required, and familiarity with technical concepts such as transformer models is a bonus. Experience working at or selling into investment banks or private equity/credit is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will report directly to the VP Sales and work closely with Business Operations and Post-sales to ensure alignment of goals. They will develop and execute strategies to open opportunities in new organizations, lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for target accounts, and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. The role involves articulating Rogo's value proposition, conducting product demonstrations, developing account and territory plans to maximize revenue opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to sales playbook development and process refinement.
