Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Outbound Sales: Experience with outbound selling motions.
  • Technical Knowledge (Bonus): Ability to explain complex concepts like transformer models.
  • Startup Experience (Bonus): Early employee experience at a hyper-growth startup.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to open opportunities in new organizations.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for target accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from users to C-Suite executives.
  • Value Proposition Articulation: Articulate Rogo’s value proposition and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Account & Territory Planning: Develop account and territory plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Playbook Contribution: Contribute to the development of sales playbook documentation and process refinement.
