Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying sales role and a proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos. Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction is also required, along with a desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with all segments of clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. Responsibilities include growing and owning a targeted account list, developing a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies, managing the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers, meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets, continuously developing a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with sales development representatives, and managing inbound prospects, and keeping the CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
