Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 1-2+ years of experience in sales, account executive, account management, business development, or a related role, with at least 1+ years in a closing position. They should have a demonstrated track record of success in a sales role, a strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales, and the ability to write crisp emails and present with a great phone presence. Knowledge or experience in Enterprise SaaS, HR SaaS, or Talent Management is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will demonstrate the value of PerformYard in prospect meetings, sales calls, and product demos, effectively manage a high volume of inbound leads, strategize with other top-producing sales reps and leadership, efficiently manage long-term relationships with prospect companies, understand prospects’ needs and help them overcome their challenges, manage a large pipeline of interested organizations, and maintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly/monthly/annual basis. You will also generate qualified meetings for yourself and partner with Sales Development Representatives, leverage CRM tools and sales automation to improve efficiency, and potentially work in any of the following industry sectors: Enterprise SaaS, HR SaaS, or Talent Management.
