Mid-Market Account Executive

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with mid-market and/or enterprise sales, experience selling into Human Resources/People departments, and experience with prospecting and pipeline generation, ideally with a role responsible for lead gen. They should also be comfortable working within a modern Sales tech stack (AI tools, Hubspot, Sales Nav, Clay, Notion, Slack, etc.) and be a high performer with a record of consistent quota attainment.
The Account Executive will close deals by moving leads through the pipeline and closing deals, generate pipeline with mid-market and enterprise accounts, attend and host in-person events to generate pipeline and foster relationships, foster community within the HR space by building lasting relationships and creating value, contribute to sales strategy by participating in evolving the approach to driving revenue, and engage in cross-functional work with teams such as Product, Coaching, and Marketing to share market insights and collaborate on strategies. They will also think outside the box, testing new techniques and exploring opportunities to drive growth within the company.
