Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a SaaS or fintech revenue role with a proven track record of exceeding goals, and a deep understanding of the payments and/or lending industries. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen for independent strategizing and pipeline management is essential, and Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
The Fintech Account Executive will partner with sales and account management teams to present WorkWave's fintech offerings to existing and new customers. Responsibilities include conducting discovery calls to understand prospect needs, delivering product demonstrations and solution recommendations, working with existing users to ensure continued success, and consistently meeting quarterly goals for signups and product usage. Collaboration with various internal teams and partners, as well as managing and tracking sales opportunities within Salesforce CRM, are also key duties.
