Requirements

Candidates must possess a CPA certification and at least 7 years of experience, ideally a combination of Big 4 Audit and corporate revenue accounting, preferably within the technology industry. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606, including SaaS revenue recognition and accounting for contract modifications, is required. Proven success in process improvement and familiarity with Intacct, Workday Financials, and Salesforce are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Revenue will oversee revenue accounting operations and systems, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of revenue activities through automation and technology. This role involves maintaining and establishing internal controls, evaluating contracts for accurate revenue recognition, and reviewing general ledger reconciliations. Responsibilities include staying informed on US GAAP, recommending process improvements, serving as the primary point of contact for revenue recognition issues, preparing financial documentation for leadership, and supervising staff, including coaching and performance management.
