They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, and have a hunter mentality. The role requires strong communication and closing skills, resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation. Experience in door-to-door sales or merchant services is preferred. Eligibility to work remotely in a specific team region is also required.
