Account Executive, Outside Sales - Xplor Pay

Position Overview

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Wichita Falls, TX. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to make a real impact by enriching customer experiences through every interaction, code line, and interface design. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners and driving sales of payment processing and SaaS services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to onboard new businesses.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

  • Ability to be both tactical and strategic, aiming high and prioritizing people.
