Position Overview

Panoptyc is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our fully remote, rapidly growing team. This role is crucial in revolutionizing loss prevention for retailers across the United States using visual AI and manual reviewers. As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, visiting retail locations within your assigned territory to build relationships, demonstrate our solutions, and drive sales growth.

  • Residency Requirement: Must reside in the greater Miami region.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
  • Commission: Plus commission

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular in-person visits to retail locations within your assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
  • Present our products/services through engaging demonstrations and presentations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Regularly track and report on sales activities, leads, and market insights.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
  • Navigate local market conditions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Comfort with extended periods of walking, driving between locations, and outdoor exposure.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
  • Experience with CRM software and mobile sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with strong sales experience.
