Requirements

  • 3 years applicable experience, including 2 years of solution sales
  • Successful sales track record – commission earnings
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts
  • Knowledge of Infobip and/or knowledge of Infobip’s competitors
  • Experience interacting with C-level players
  • Team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects/customers
  • Clear understanding of Digital and Cloud market solutions
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing market. Conversational and AI knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent English and French
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Focus on New Business development, finding prospects/projects, qualification, and closure for successful sales
  • Sell a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list)
  • Involve specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo)
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
  • Maintain client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health
  • As required, cross-sell for accounts he/she signs on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation)
