Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in tech sales or in a comparable customer-facing role, ideally SaaS Sales (understanding and selling accounting software is a strong asset)
  • Ability to query various sources such as Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Nav to identify opportunities
  • Self-discipline, GSD mentality, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Record of consistent achievement of goals
  • A foundational understanding of technology sales, forecasting, and lead development processes
  • A foundational understanding of accounting and financial processes and technologies
  • Experience or understanding of sales, campaign, and marketing automation solutions
  • Prior experience in inside sales, account management, client success, or client services
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of daily tasks and leads
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent discovery, listening and presentation abilities
  • Reside in New York, US (remote role)
  • Availability to work in North American time zones (EST, MT, PST)

Responsibilities

  • Use prospecting solutions like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to generate leads within a defined territory and region
  • Use sales and marketing assets to create email campaigns
  • Given a list of contacts generated by marketing as well as existing inbound leads, contact customers, address their needs, and introduce them to the full scope of the CaseWare product suite
  • Qualify inbound and outbound activities (calls and emails)
  • Quickly and effectively establish key relationships with decision-makers within sole practitioners to small firms
  • Provide prospects with high-level solution overviews when required
  • Provide advice and value guidance to CaseWare prospects maximizing opportunities to build and accelerate revenue
  • Monitor sales goals set by CaseWare to increase product revenue
  • Drive business growth - meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets by prospecting, securing meetings, and closing new business
  • Create and execute action plans to engage appropriate CaseWare cross-functional resources to contribute to sales and development strategy
  • Assist with marketing automation
  • Other duties as required
