Experience selling CRM SaaS is a plus, and the ability to effectively deal with C-suite executives in mid-market to enterprise organizations is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are required, along with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt.
The Enterprise Account Executive will qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises, educate customers on Aisera's value proposition, and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. Responsibilities include prospecting cold leads, researching accounts, building relationships, demonstrating the AI Service Management solution, closing sales with a $1M quota, and maintaining and expanding a list of assigned prospects.
