Job Description

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Shreveport, LA, and make a tangible impact daily. Every interaction, every line of code, and every interface design is an opportunity to enhance our customers' experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
• Collaborating with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new businesses.
• Managing your pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
• Preparing presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
• Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet minimum requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, with a strong hunter mentality.

Location Flexibility:

• This position offers fully remote work, provided you have eligible working rights and can travel to your team region as needed.
