Position Overview

WorkWave is a growing SaaS company empowering service professionals with cutting-edge software, mobile apps, and valuable services. We are seeking a strategic Level II Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner across the business. This role requires full-cycle recruitment expertise, collaboration with hiring managers, and the creation of tailored, results-driven recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate is comfortable with proactive sourcing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to make an impact by connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities at WorkWave.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer acceptance for a variety of technical and business roles.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to build customized recruitment strategies.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking events, college outreach, and internal databases.
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience, effectively communicating WorkWave's culture, core values, and mission.
  • Manage the interview process from scheduling to follow-up, including creating Google Meet rooms and facilitating internal debriefs.
  • Extend offers, lead offer negotiations, and guide candidates through onboarding next steps.
  • Maintain data in our ATS (Lever experience preferred) and report on key recruiting metrics.
  • Collaborate with global offices and international candidates, accommodating different time zones.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and HR.
  • Create and maintain recruitment documentation such as interview guides, playbooks, interview scorecards, job descriptions, and offer letter templates.
  • Support general HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems – Lever experience strongly preferred; experience with Dayforce HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles, with the ability to tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Proven ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and provide coaching.
  • Demonstrated proactive sourcing capabilities, especially in competitive talent markets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hiring laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Comfortable using social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS tools to engage talent.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
    • Note: The final offer will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization's budget.
