Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Lever, is required, as is a strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles. Proven ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers, demonstrate proactive sourcing in competitive markets, and exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of hiring laws and HR best practices, along with high integrity and comfort using various talent engagement tools, is also necessary.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake to offer acceptance, for technical and business roles. They will partner with hiring managers to develop customized recruitment strategies, proactively source top-tier passive candidates using various tools, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing interviews, extending offers, leading negotiations, maintaining ATS data, reporting on recruiting metrics, collaborating with global teams, contributing to employer branding, and creating recruitment documentation. The specialist will also support general HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.
