Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 years of proven success in a commercial services sales role, experience selling in the commercial facilities sector, strong interpersonal skills with proven leadership abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also have a high business IQ and strong analytical skills, a bias to action, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a command of popular business tools like Google Work products, Tableau, Salesforce, and be able to travel up to 20% of the year.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, the candidate will strategically plan and prospect commercial clients, leverage expertise in commercial services to identify opportunities and tailor solutions, build relationships and grow the WorkWave brand through territory management and a “land and expand” sales process, conduct discovery calls, educate customers on the solution, prepare and deliver product demonstrations, drive towards achieving quarterly recurring revenue quotas, create opportunities through proactive efforts, and build and maintain a sales pipeline within a CRM system.
