The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for our senior sales team. This position involves managing inbound leads from various marketing campaigns and sponsored events. Our SDR team is a vital component of our revenue organization, driving the next phase of company growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, demonstrating a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and excellent time management skills. In addition to generating new business, responsibilities include maintaining SFDC and Outreach hygiene, managing the daily pipeline to ensure MQLs are zeroed out daily, and collaborating with marketing to target quality leads.
