Sparrow is seeking a driven and experienced B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will serve as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and channel partners, educating them on how Sparrow’s innovative employee leave management solution can solve their pain points and challenges. You will be responsible for driving revenue by mastering our value deck and product demo, becoming a subject matter expert, leveraging our sales tech stack, and ultimately, consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Your feedback will be crucial in shaping our product and offering.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience selling to HR professionals or working with brokers to drive referral business.
  • Deal Complexity: Experience closing complex deal cycles.
  • Adaptability: Highly self-directed, adaptable, and open to feedback and implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and channel partners.
  • Educate clients on Sparrow’s solution and its value proposition.
  • Master and deliver the value deck presentation and detailed product demo.
  • Become a subject matter expert in leave management.
  • Leverage the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper, etc.) to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently.
  • Provide feedback to cross-functional teams to improve the product and offering.
  • Collaborate with implementation and leave specialists to ensure a smooth customer transition.
