Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets, and demonstrated success in selling to HR professionals or through brokers. A strong understanding of complex sales cycles and a preference for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment are also beneficial.
The Account Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and channel partners, educating them on Sparrow’s solution and driving revenue through presentations and product demonstrations. They will leverage sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper, and more to accelerate the buying cycle, close business, and achieve quota attainment. Furthermore, they will gather customer feedback to improve the product and collaborate with implementation and leave specialists to ensure a smooth customer transition.
