A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices, along with knowledge of the SMB and Mid-Market space, is a plus. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot is required, as is a strong bias for action and efficiency. Occasional travel of up to 10% is also a requirement.
The Manager, Mid-Market Sales will lead and mentor a sales team, fostering exemplary communication and engagement with prospective customers and partners. They will provide internal support, feedback on personal growth, and expertise in deal creativity and inspection to ensure team success. Responsibilities include reinforcing company culture, achieving team sales plans for new logos and expansion rates, conducting deal inspections using the MEDDPICC framework, accurately forecasting sales, and collaborating with Sales Development and Sales Engineering to manage the pipeline.
