Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site organizations is advantageous, as is a strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance. HR certification is a plus.
The HR Generalist will provide daily HR support, guidance on policies, and assist with teammate relations. They will partner with leadership on staffing, onboarding, and retention, and administer HR programs including benefits, leave, performance reviews, and compliance training. Responsibilities also include supporting investigations, maintaining HR records, ensuring legal compliance, assisting with organizational initiatives, collaborating with other HR teams, and contributing to HR reporting and process improvement.
