Requirements

  • 3 - 8 years of experience selling software or services to tech companies at a high-growth startup
  • Significant outbound prospecting experience
  • Track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, President's club, consistently beating quota
  • Outstanding achievements in some other competitive domain (varsity sports in college, degree from a top university, etc.)
  • Willing to grind, with high clockspeed, creative thinking, and ability to implement time-saving structure & process

Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of all inbound leads, generate pipeline, and close deals
  • Crush current pipeline and close mid-market and enterprise deals
  • Implement time-saving structure & process
  • Generate new ideas that accelerate growth
  • Own enterprise deals end-to-end, including understanding customer pain points, helping them evaluate Paraform, negotiate terms, and ensure successful onboarding of customers
  • Help build out the sales playbook and continue Paraform's exponential growth
