Strong understanding of financial services industry dynamics and buying processes, excellent communication skills for presentations, a track record in new business development and market creation, the ability to connect technology to business outcomes, and a desire to excel in a startup environment are required. Experience selling risk & compliance, data analytics, financial crimes, or data security solutions is a plus.
Account Executives are responsible for exceeding sales quotas and expanding the company's presence in Canadian private sector markets by prospecting, developing sales pipelines, and growing existing accounts. They will build trust-based customer relationships, create and execute go-to-market plans, develop a diverse pipeline of opportunities, and help refine product positioning and messaging. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal departments to provide expert advice to prospects on technical concepts, product roadmaps, implementation, and training, and craft compelling customer proposals.
