Experience working at a startup and updating customer notes and stages in a CRM tool is required. A proven track record of proactively managing customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, including expansion targets, is necessary. Understanding of partner relationships and the ability to influence actions and outcomes are also essential. Candidates must possess strong business acumen, a strategic mindset for building and executing success plans for complex customers, and the ability to learn complex technical concepts. High integrity, a humble and team-first mentality, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial. Experience with a technical product is expected.
The Customer Success Manager will nurture top accounts to drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion revenue by providing technical guidance and best practices. They will manage approximately 60-70 strategic customers and new logos, implement new customers by managing internal cross-functional teams, and stay current with industry trends in the blockchain space. Responsibilities include onboarding customers, conducting regular strategic engagements, negotiating renewal and expansion pricing, analyzing situations to determine service levels, and establishing deep trust with customers. The role involves collaborating with the Sales team to ensure account health, identifying at-risk accounts, addressing escalating client issues, performing QBRs, and developing playbooks and content.
