Responsibilities

  • Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations showcasing Comcast products and services
  • Sells to achieve departmental financial and unit targets
  • Stays informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies
  • Develops and manages a sales territory, including local partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Actively generates new leads through prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partner relationships)
  • Promotes and positions the Comcast brand within the territory
  • Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience
  • Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive retention, working with internal teams for operational efficiencies
  • Maintains accurate sales records and prepares sales reports
  • Attends out-of-office meetings with customers
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written skills, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
