The Account Director will own gross and net retention targets, driving renewal and upsell motions within their portfolio of enterprise accounts. They will lead strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and address potential risks. Additionally, they will proactively manage value realization, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes and ROI from the Degreed solution and lead discussions.
