The Enterprise Global Account Director must have at least 6 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS software sales or account management, with a deep understanding of the HR software space, preferably LMS. Proven success as a quota-crushing sales professional is essential, along with proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Zoom. Strong organizational skills for pipeline management, natural confidence, coachability, accountability, resilience, and problem-solving abilities are required. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal resources and stakeholders, and be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Additionally, they will act as an ambassador for innovation in the learning and development space.
