The Senior Manager, Client Growth & Success will build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, develop deep expertise in Twin Health's programs, and navigate complex health plan and employer partner environments. Responsibilities include providing data-driven recommendations to improve member engagement and client satisfaction, preparing client reporting, monitoring client health proactively, and mitigating risks to satisfaction, engagement, and retention. The role also involves leading strategies to maximize program adoption and member engagement, collaborating with marketing to create client success stories, and supporting client events. Additionally, the Senior Manager will own and manage revenue growth and renewals.
