Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of Service Design experience with the ability to envision and inspire holistic customer-centric solutions. They need to be comfortable and at ease in customer-facing meetings and workshops, with experience in conceptualization, design strategy, UX, and art direction of prototypes. A strong understanding of native mobile, web application, and responsive web design is required, along with command of design basics like readability, iconography, color, and spatial relationships. Familiarity with collaboration, design, and prototyping tools such as Miro, Sketch, and Figma is essential, as are strong storytelling and communication design skills. Experience working with enterprise customers or on consumer digital products, along with product/business strategy and hands-on mobile/web UX/UI design experience, are considered nice-to-haves. A confident, collaborative, and flexible mindset is crucial for an interdisciplinary team environment, along with passion and curiosity. An inspiring portfolio of insightful experiences or publicly available projects is required.

Responsibilities

The UX Design Strategist will plan, facilitate, and co-deliver design thinking led engagements and workshops with customers and account teams. They will lead research activities and synthesis to understand the current state, and co-create future state solutions with customers and colleagues. The role involves transforming co-created future state narrative design into an experience, then enhancing and refining it through validation of design concepts. Responsibilities include articulating and logically communicating concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, designing impactful ways of relating ideas and concepts to executive audiences, and synthesizing, creating, and publishing engagement stories and artifacts for wider community and product team sharing.
