[Remote] Insurance Strategy Consultant at Humana

The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities include delivering high quality analysis and deliverables that clearly frame objectives, issues/challenges, and articulate compelling, insightful findings, conclusions, and recommendations, as well as managing and delivering analysis and workstreams within high-profile projects.

The role requires prior management consulting experience or professional experience leveraging core consulting skills, with an emphasis on Medicare Advantage strategy development.

The Healthcare Strategy team supports Humana’s Insurance segment and team members partner with senior leaders of the business unit, leaders throughout the enterprise, subject matter experts, members of Humana’s executive Management Team, and corporate, functional, and business unit leaders.

A strong candidate has prior management consulting experience or professional experience leveraging core consulting skills, with the ability to deconstruct issues, perform targeted research and analysis, deliver high-quality strategy work, and collaborate with senior leaders on Medicare Advantage initiatives.
