Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and design specifications
Create wireframes to later translate designs into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces
Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive UI design system
Create interactive prototypes and user flows to visualize and validate design concepts and functionality
Communicate design strategy by creating UX deliverables such as sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations
Own overall end-to-end user experience
Understand how to implement front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with front-end developers to create proof-of-concept demos
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX/UI team members
