Candidates must have weekend availability and at least 2 years of experience in email and/or chat support services. A strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations is required, along with experience using customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. A customer-first mentality, proactive problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are essential. A Bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred, and knowledge of collectibles is a plus. Previous start-up experience is also beneficial. Team members must be within commuting distance of the Phoenix, AZ hub.
