Requirements

Candidates must have weekend availability and at least 2 years of experience in email and/or chat support services. A strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations is required, along with experience using customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. A customer-first mentality, proactive problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are essential. A Bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred, and knowledge of collectibles is a plus. Previous start-up experience is also beneficial. Team members must be within commuting distance of the Phoenix, AZ hub.

Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Agent will interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience, resolving issues related to payments, orders, and shipments in a timely and high-quality manner. Agents will become experts in Whatnot's products, processes, and systems to drive positive user outcomes. They will collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve questions, and actively seek opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.
