Requirements

5+ years of experience contributing on design teams
Bachelor's degree and/or Masters degree, or equivalent in related work experience
Designs and builds web-based, production-adjacent prototypes to explore future vision and flows for the Moderator Homepage
Fluent in code for product-quality prototypes, modern web stack (TypeScript/JavaScript, React or Vue, HTML/CSS)
Experience mentoring other designers on design prototyping whilst welcoming feedback from others
Portfolio showcasing a range of technical skills, a creative use of code, and prototyping skills

Responsibilities

Develop interactive prototypes aligned with product vision, leveraging live data and strong interaction principles
Run iterative experiments: define hypotheses and success criteria, prototype, test with users, and synthesize results
Work with product and design to prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows and user interactions
Distill complex concepts into easy to understand talking points to engage with our communities throughout the design process
Liaise and confer with the Product Design team to ensure prototypes are aligned and consistent with our design system and guidelines
Document and provide clear handover materials to the returning Moderator Tools designer
Join team meetings on both their product and functional design teams
Share their design work for critique on a regular basis at Design team reviews
