Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director will set the vision for a multi-product portfolio, acting as a player-coach to lead and grow a team of designers and researchers. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end design and research strategy, championing accessibility and inclusive design, establishing design standards, integrating user research into product decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves defining and tracking UX health metrics, representing design at the leadership level, and fostering a culture of learning and psychological safety within the team.
