Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Staff Product Designer at Ironclad, you will lead design strategy across multiple product areas, identifying and solving systemic challenges to create cohesive experiences throughout the platform, shape product direction through collaboration with leadership, translating insights into strategic recommendations, drive end-to-end execution by creating detailed specs and collaborating with engineering, and evolve the design practice by enhancing the design system, mentoring designers, and facilitating collaborative problem-solving through design sprints.
