General Assembly (GA) is seeking experienced User Experience Design instructors to lead its User Experience Design Immersive course. This immersive educational experience transforms students into junior UX practitioners. The role offers the opportunity to impact the next generation of designers and work within a supportive and energetic community. This is a temporary position with a defined start and end date for each cohort. Potential for additional assignments exists but is not guaranteed. Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2+ years of experience working in User Experience Design.
  • Skills:
    • Fluency in Figma.
    • Strong understanding of the UX process, including User Research.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Eagerness to shape the skills, minds, and trajectories of aspiring UX designers.
    • Ability to naturally guide and mentor colleagues.
