Candidates should have 6+ years of related experience in marketing, business, or digital media, with a preference for SEO experience in the healthcare technology industry. A post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in marketing, business, management, or a related field, or equivalent working experience is required. Strong knowledge of Enterprise B2B digital marketing strategies, tactics, principles, trends, channel strategy, brand management, and marketing technology is necessary. Previous experience in visual storytelling and graphic design abilities, along with a portfolio of digital and web design work, is essential. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is also required.
The Web Designer will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, cross-channel lead generation, and lead nurturing, to align with business goals. Responsibilities include designing, creating, analyzing, and updating web pages, landing pages, calls-to-action, website copy, and email campaigns for conversion optimization and lead capture. The role involves ensuring brand consistency in graphic design and website copy, monitoring and addressing website security, usability, and compliance issues, and managing marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Pardot/Salesforce, and Google GA4. Additionally, the Web Designer will implement and manage marketing automation tools, identify new digital marketing opportunities, develop testing and optimization plans, stay updated on industry trends, and develop a working understanding of the company's value proposition and target audience. Compliance with privacy, security, and confidentiality policies is mandatory.
