Requirements

Candidates must have 15 years of marketing experience, including proven success in leading and scaling global SEO programs for high-growth companies, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B sectors. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required, along with experience optimizing SEO beyond Google. Minimum of 4 years experience building and leading high-performance teams, strong business acumen with demonstrated experience driving business outcomes with SEO, deep knowledge of technical SEO, content marketing, and analytics, and demonstrated experience using data to drive business decisions are also necessary. The ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams is essential.

Responsibilities

The Director, SEO Marketing will shape and execute a global SEO strategy focused on high-intent keywords, local market nuances, and sustainable growth. Responsibilities include building and mentoring a team of SEO experts, content strategists, and agencies worldwide. They will partner with engineering to enhance site architecture, crawlability, and performance, and collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create data-driven content that ranks and drives conversions. Additionally, they will experiment with emerging search channels like YouTube and AI-driven platforms, test new tactics and structured data strategies, and educate the organization on SEO best practices to drive business impact.
