Requirements
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of prior experience in conversion rate optimization, proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript. A strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision making is required, along with excellent communication and project management skills, full knowledge of growth marketing levers, and a strong understanding of pixels, UTM parameters, and online ad tracking. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, or a related field is necessary, and UI/UX design experience with Figma, familiarity with GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms, and exposure to UX research methods are preferred.
Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization will design and implement A/B tests using Optimizely, leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to modify web elements directly. They will own the development and management of a robust testing backlog, prioritizing CRO tests to increase lead quality and revenue. The role involves pulling and leveraging data to generate insights for overall funnel strategy and feature prioritization, acting as Product Owner for engineering-involved tests, and working with the performance marketing team to develop and test strategies appropriate for different traffic types and user experiences.
