As the Senior Consultant Strategist at Fluxon, you’ll lead our efforts to drive brand visibility and awareness, to position Fluxon as a leader in the industry. You’ll be an early member of our Growth team, which encompasses aspects of brand, marketing, and sales. In partnership with our Brand & Growth Manager and Brand Designer, you’ll be responsible for building and executing on Fluxon’s content strategy by:

  • Evaluating and optimizing content distribution channels while experimenting with new formats and platforms to expand reach and uncover growth opportunities
  • Maintaining and evolving brand voice, tone and messaging ensuring consistency across all content touchpoints
  • Creating and managing a content calendar across all channels to ensure consistent, strategic communication with our target audience
  • Leading content development efforts by partnering with internal stakeholders, thought leaders, and subject matter experts to both create and source impactful content
  • Analyzing content performance using key metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous optimization across channels

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in content strategy or a related field in tech or development
  • Content Development: Proven track record of developing compelling narratives across diverse channels and formats, including blogs, white papers, social media posts, infographics, video and audio
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously
  • Analytics: Experience analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
