Proven experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams is essential, along with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Executive presence, the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and strong influencing and collaboration skills are required. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, possess strong communication skills including experience presenting to large audiences, and demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities. Subject matter expertise in leading strategic initiatives, forecasting, and pipeline management, along with deep go-to-market business acumen and an understanding of the customer journey and operational interdependencies, is necessary.
The VP, Revenue Operations & Enablement will lead and manage the Revenue Operations & Sales Enablement team, including go-to-market strategy, recruitment, and people management. This role is responsible for aligning sales goals with company objectives through market planning and accurate sales forecasting, and for designing and managing sales compensation plans and incentive programs. The position will partner with the Commercial Operations leader to develop and implement optimized sales operations strategies, own all sales data and reporting including pipeline management and key performance indicators, and serve as the subject matter expert across the go-to-market organization by performing in-depth data analysis. Key duties include overseeing sales territories, account assignments, and commercial rules of engagement, building and mentoring a global Revenue Operations team, driving the QBR process, managing CRM systems and sales tech stack, and creating and implementing pricing and discounting strategies. Additionally, the role involves managing the creation and organization of sales enablement materials, including collateral, training, and coaching materials, and sales process and playbook.
