Candidates should have 7+ years of sales enablement experience, with at least 3 years in direct enterprise SaaS sales preferred. A strong understanding of Forced management/command of message methodology, a proven track record in change management, sales enablement tools, best practices, and vendor selection are essential. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence across teams, and a knack for engaging, effective presentations are also required.
The Director, Revenue Enablement will own the strategy, design, and implementation of the Sales Enablement function, building end-to-end sales and success training programs from scratch. They will partner closely with marketing to align messaging, positioning, and pricing across customer-facing roles, and design, launch, and iterate on impactful coaching and training programs. Responsibilities include building onboarding and continuous education programs, selecting and managing sales enablement tools, developing training content, and coaching sales managers to enhance their leadership and coaching skills.
