We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Leader to join our centralized Revenue Operations team at dbt Labs. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind enabling our sales organization to achieve new levels of performance, productivity, and success. This is a unique opportunity to reshape and energize the function from the ground up—shaping strategy, designing programs, and creating the foundation for a world-class enablement engine.
Your mission: onboard, coach, and develop our sales team so they can consistently exceed goals. You’ll diagnose what’s working, identify what isn’t, and continuously refine programs to ensure our sellers have the right tools, skills, and knowledge at every stage of the sales cycle.
