The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong preference for experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven leadership experience building and scaling high-performing teams is essential, along with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer-centric approaches.
As the VP Product Marketing & Customer Education, you will lead and grow a global product marketing team, crafting messaging that resonates with key customer personas and driving go-to-market strategies for new products and features. You will also be responsible for solution positioning, competitive differentiation, analyst relations, and customer-facing storytelling, while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure launch excellence and maintain a cohesive narrative across all touchpoints. Furthermore, you will serve as a strategic voice and challenger to VP- and C-level leaders, staying close to customers, analysts, and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
