Product Marketing Leader

Position Overview

Twin Health is seeking an experienced individual to be our very first Product Marketing leader. This high-impact, cross-functional role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and will own the end-to-end strategy for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution for our flagship Type 2 Diabetes and Healthy Weight programs. This position sits at the intersection of Marketing, Analytics, Product Management, and Sales & Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence:
    • Own competitive intelligence and market research.
    • Translate clinical outcomes, product features, and differentiators into clear, impactful value propositions in collaboration with Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Craft compelling product narratives for prospects and clients across employers, brokers, and health plans.
    • Equip sales and client success teams with essential tools such as personas, battlecards, case study selections, and playbooks.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Analytics, Product Management, and Sales & Client Success.
  • Strategy & Leadership:
    • Serve as a thought partner to Product and Growth leadership teams.
    • Utilize market and client insights to influence roadmap prioritization and long-term positioning.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7–10 years in B2B2C product or partner marketing, preferably within digital health, health plans, or benefits platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 annually.
