The Head of Engagement, US will develop and execute a delivery motion to drive customer satisfaction and meet renewal targets. They will collaborate with Sales leadership on new business opportunities and customer enhancement requests, staying current on industry trends to position TetraScience as a thought leader. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams for complex implementations, defining account-specific plans with Sales, maintaining customer relationships for retention and expansion, and managing renewal forecasting and reporting.
