Requirements

  • 12+ years in DTC growth, 4+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience managing $50M+ annual paid budgets
  • Proven track record scaling a business from $150M → $250M+
  • Deep fluency in creative performance: hooks, concepts, variations, fatigue patterns
  • Experience leading teams across acquisition, lifecycle, analytics, and CRO
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Northbeam, GA4, or similar tools
  • Ability to translate insights into action quickly
  • High comfort operating in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • High integrity, humility, managed ego
  • CPG or beverage experience (Bonus)
  • Experience with retail media (Roundel, Instacart, Amazon) (Bonus)
  • Experience working with large in-house content teams (Bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Grow and lead a high-performing team, focused on acquisition, creative strategy, analytics and forecasting, and conversion optimization
  • Partner with Brand, CX, Product, Ops, and Finance to keep the company aligned
  • Create a growth operating system: weekly sprints, ideation, creative cycles, and data reviews
  • Present growth strategy and results to the Executive Team and Board
  • Own performance strategy, daily pacing, and channel allocation for Acquisition (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google)
  • Have experience across Meta, Google, AppLovin, CTV, Linear, Podcast, Influencer Marketing
  • Scale spend efficiently while maintaining CAC/MER targets
  • Own paid media budget of $60M+/year
  • Develop a testing roadmap for creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers
  • Build and manage a portfolio of evergreen winning ads
  • Lead the creative strategy function for paid and organic growth
  • Partner with Brand + Content Studio to generate 100s of new variations/week
  • Diagnose fatigue, hooks, scripts, pacing, and narrative performance
  • Guide creators and editors on what performs and why
  • Build and maintain CAC/LTV models, scenario plans, and revenue forecasts
  • Own Northbeam + platform attribution alignment
  • Turn insights into weekly testing and investment decisions
  • Build dashboards that unify DTC + retail impact
  • Oversee landing page testing, funnel optimization, and merchandising strategy
  • Partner with Brand + Web to redesign and optimize PDPs and friction points
