Requirements

  • Led a $100M+ CPG brand through the transition from DTC → omnichannel retail
  • Experience in building the organizational, creative, and operational backbone for sustained growth
  • Strong leadership philosophy and ability to design and execute a 12–18 month org roadmap
  • Experience in hiring and coaching senior leaders
  • Strong communication and partnership skills to work with CEO and President
  • Ability to translate abstract brand strategy into clear messaging and creative systems
  • Experience in attribution modeling and cohort insights
  • Strong understanding of media mix and attribution across various channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, influencers, affiliates, and emerging channels)
  • Experience in building and leading a high-performance growth engine
  • Strong understanding of CRM, subscription, and post-purchase strategy

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the Everyday Dose brand, including its emotional core, tone, and identity
  • Lead brand campaigns across key platforms (DTC, retail, OOH, social, UGC, influencer, PR, and product)
  • Build a high-performance growth engine, including architecting an efficient media mix and maintaining CAC/LTV guardrails
  • Build a world-class retention org, including lifecycle/CRM, subscription, and post-purchase strategy
  • Lead integrated creative and content, including building an in-house UGC/content engine and overseeing brand creative
  • Drive retail and wholesale marketing strategy, including developing retail launch playbooks and creating velocity-driving programs
  • Build a strong marketing organization, including designing the org roadmap, hiring and coaching senior leaders, and creating cross-functional rituals and accountability frameworks
  • Partner with CEO and President on big moments, partnerships, and vision, and with the President on execution, resourcing, modeling, and operational excellence
